- To renew your Realtor’s license in the state of Oregon, you are required to complete 30 hours of continuing education in the preceding two license years.
- Of the 30 required continuing education hours, 15 hours must be in one or more of the required topics such as trust accounts, anti-trust, contracts, property management, etc.
- When a licensee completes a course, the Certificate of Attendance is given to the certifying licensee to sign. The licensee shall retain the Certificate of Attendance for six years.
- The certifying licensee will not send the Certificate of Attendance to the Agency. They will sign their renewal form stating that they have completed continuing education requirements
